Shipping
Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Custom or large orders may require additional processing time; we will notify you if there are delays.
Shipping methods: We offer Fast Shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the selected method and destination.
Domestic shipping: We currently ship within the United States from our fulfillment location in Lutz, Florida.
Shipping rates: Rates are calculated on a Flat rate per order at checkout based on delivery method and destination.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is placed and fulfilled.
Lost or damaged packages: If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns & Exchanges
Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, slightly used and returned in original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Return shipping: Customers are NOT responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Customer error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item). We recommend verifying all shipping information prior to submitting Order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order is created, Customer covers item return Shipping cost, Contact us to confirm product availability before returning and waivers.
Cancellations
Order cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, we may have already begun processing and cannot guarantee cancellation. If cancellation is not possible, follow the returns procedure after delivery.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there are defects, damage, or if the wrong item was received.
Resolution: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label, send a replacement, or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges when applicable.
Care & Safety
Candle care: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Burn on a heat-resistant, level surface away from drafts, children, and pets. Follow all instructions on the product label.
Burn time & testing: Actual burn times may vary based on usage and environmental conditions.
